RETURNS POLICY

 

At Floating Impressions, we pride ourselves on providing a wide range of premium, cruising comfort products and we are genuinely committed to excellence in both our products and our services to you.  Your satisfaction is an essential part of our commitment.  Our Returns Policy reflects our commitment to you and means that you can shop at Floating Impressions with confidence.

This policy applies to all purchases from Floating Impressions, whether at an Exhibition on board CatNirvana or through our website.

If we make changes to this Policy, we will announce any changes by email and on our website.  If you would like to make any comments or ask any questions about this Policy, please email floatingimpressions@bigpond.com.

Consumer Guarantees

Under general consumer protection laws you have the right to replacement or refund for products that are:
  •      faulty
  •      wrongly described or not able to do what they are supposed to do.

    Consumer Guarantees cannot be excluded, restricted or modified by this Policy.

Where a product is suggested to be in breach of Consumer Guarantees, Floating Impressions will refund any shipping costs to return the product.  If, however, on examination of the product we determine the product is not in breach of Consumer Guarantees, we may charge you a fee for examining the goods and any cost for returning the goods to you.

Consumer Guarantees do not apply where the product(s) become unacceptable due to wear and tear, or by your misuse or failure to use the products in accordance with instructions, or by your failure to take reasonable care of the products.

Refunds will be by your original payment method or, where that is not reasonable, by exchange voucher.

Shop with Confidence

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, Floating Impressions will provide you with an exchange product or exchange voucher under the terms of this Policy.

Refunds, Exchanges & Vouchers

Please choose your products carefully.  Except for products in breach of Consumer Guarantees, Floating Impressions  will not provide refunds.

Where appropriate under this Policy, Floating Impressions will provide a product exchange or, where exchange is not possible, an exchange voucher to the equivalent amount paid for the returned product.   Where a product was a sale or bonus product or part of a bundled group of products, the value of the exchange voucher will be reasonably determined by Floating Impressions

Exchange vouchers or Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash or refund.

Conditions for Exchange

Custom made and altered items, e.g. fine timber work, custom furnishings, made-to-measure or altered products, personalized products and so on, are NOT eligible for exchange.

To be considered for exchange or exchange voucher, returned products must be in ‘as new’ condition, i.e. the original tags and labels are still attached, the item is still in its original packaging and the item is unworn, unused and as sold.  Floating Impressions always reserves the right to assess the condition of returned goods before offering the exchange or exchange voucher.

You must contact us before returning products for exchange.  Apart from products determined to be in breach of Consumer Guarantees, you must pay the shipping costs to return products for exchange and we will advise you where returned products should be sent.

Exchanges or exchange vouchers for manufactured items may be subject to approval by the manufacturer.  Floating Impressions will do all we can to expedite such approval(s), but we can give no assurances as to how long such approvals may take.
